Questions, answered calmly
Everything people ask us about Barrier Cream, skin barriers, and small jars that last longer than they look.
How do I use Barrier Cream?
A pea-sized amount, morning and night, as the last step of your routine. Warm it between fingertips and press over the whole face — it seals everything underneath, so serums go first. One jar lasts about ten weeks used twice daily.
Will it work with retinol or acids?
That's exactly when you want it. Barrier Cream buffers the dryness that actives cause — apply it after your retinol or exfoliating acid. On heavy-active nights, some customers use the "sandwich" method: cream, active, cream. Your skin, your rules.
Is it safe for sensitive or acne-prone skin?
It's fragrance-free, essential-oil-free, and non-comedogenic (tested). The formula was built for reactive skin first — everything else is a bonus. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, show the ingredient list to your dermatologist; it fits on one breath.
What does "72-hour hydration" actually mean?
In independent corneometer testing on 33 participants, skin moisture levels stayed measurably above baseline for 72 hours after one application. It doesn't mean you should apply it every three days — it means the barrier holds even when your routine slips.
What's your shipping and returns policy?
Free shipping over $50, dispatched within 48 hours. And our returns policy is genuinely relaxed: 30 days, even if the jar comes back empty. If it didn't work for your skin, we'd rather know than keep the $38.
When is the next restock?
We make Barrier Cream in small batches, six weeks apart. It's in stock now; the last restock sold through in eleven days. Subscribers are never affected — their jars are reserved from each batch first.
